• Torque Settings: Do not over-tighten fluid caps or diaphragm nuts, as this will crush or pinch the PTFE O-rings, leading to immediate leaks. Always cross-torque wetted bolts incrementally using a manual torque wrench to the exact specifications mapped out in your specific ARO Pro Series Operator Manual.
• Thread Prep: Clean off old residue and apply Loctite 271 (or the thread locker specified by your manual) strictly to the diaphragm rod threads to prevent the internal assembly from spinning loose during intense pressure cycles.
