- Prepare the Actuator: Remove the clear position indicator ring and its underlying black plastic mounting bracket from the face of the actuator.
- Zero the Actuator: Manually press the gear release button and rotate the clamp fully counter-clockwise against the mechanical stop.
- Set Switching Points: Re-attach the driver disk mechanism. Use a flat-head screwdriver to align the indicator arrows on the internal dials to the exact angular points where you want your switches to trip.
