• Hollow Center Axis: The center of the working table features a through-hole. This permits pneumatic lines, wiring, or vacuum pipes to pass safely through the axis of rotation without tangling.
• Flexible Mounting Options: Built-in locating and guide holes on the side surfaces and bottom simplify structural integration into multi-axis systems.
• Magnetic Proximity Sensing: Equipped with an internal magnet. It is fully compatible with magnetic sensor switches—such as the DMSH, CMSH, or EMSH series—to track precise end-of-stroke limits.
• Filtration: Ensure your pneumatic air supply is conditioned. Particulate matter over 40μm or heavy moisture will prematurely wear down the internal rack-and-pinion gears.
• Shock Absorber Care: Do not attempt to back out the shock absorber housing beyond factory limits, as hydraulic fluid leakage will immediately degrade the ±0.05° repeat accuracy.
